Our Story
Focused on bringing eyecare where its needed most!
Envision EyeCare for All is a 501(c)(3) non-profit mobile vision clinic founded to address the deep inequities that exist in accessing comprehensive eye health and vision services across rural Oregon. Through research, we know that uncorrected vision problems affect far more than eyesight — they shape a person’s ability to learn, work, stay independent, travel safely, and thrive every day.

Our mobile clinic brings patient-centered, compassionate, and comprehensive eye care — including exams, glasses, disease detection, and vision education — directly to people where they live, learn, and gather. By partnering with schools, public health departments, and local organizations, we remove barriers like cost, language, transportation, and mistrust, while building lasting relationships in the communities we serve.

But our work goes beyond delivering care. We’re also advocating for systemic change — working to ensure that eye health is fully integrated into the safety-net infrastructure designed for underserved populations, including Federally Qualified and Community Health Centers. By changing the system, we aim to make vision care a core part of public health, not an afterthought.
Our mission is simple yet powerful: to make eye health a cornerstone of health equity — empowering every Oregonian with the vision, opportunity, and support they need to build a brighter future.
