SEE the Need, SEE the VISION
For thousands of Oregonians, something as simple as an eye exam remains out of reach. Across rural and frontier regions, uninsured families, agricultural workers, Indigenous communities, and low-income older adults often face impossible barriers — from transportation and cost to language and provider shortages. Without access to basic vision care, children fall behind in school, adults lose job opportunities, and preventable eye disease goes undetected until it’s too late.

Envision EyeCare for All was founded to change that. Our mission is to advance health equity by delivering comprehensive eye exams, prescription glasses, and vision education directly where people live, learn, and work — ensuring that no one is left behind because of where they are or what they can afford.

We are now in the final stage of our most ambitious initiative yet: funding and building a fully equipped Winnebago 425S Mobile Vision Clinic. This state-of-the-art unit will include a complete exam lane and optical dispensary, enabling us to provide eye exams and prescription glasses at no out-of-pocket cost to those who need them most.

Our goal is to complete all fundraising by the end of 2025, allowing construction and launch of the mobile clinic by January 2026. Once deployed, it will allow us to meet people where they are, extend services to communities that have long gone without care, and deliver comprehensive, high-quality vision services grounded in health equity.

Partners in Impact
Real change happens through partnership — and we are deeply grateful to the organizations that have fueled our mission to date. Their investments have helped us launch outreach programs, expand clinical services, and build trust within communities that have historically been left behind by the healthcare system.
